the delegation of two senior officers, Col Clayton Ricardo and Major Cardoso, who arrived at the Julius Nyerere International Airport - Dar es salaam Tanzania in 28 February  2024  to visit all the areas that have been proposed for the conduct  of the 79th CISM General Assembly and Congress.

 In order to achieve success, the organizing committee planned the schedule of the action plan as follows.

a.     Courtesy Call                              

A delegation from the International Military Sports Council (CISM) was received by Maj Gen Mkambi (GoC DFHQ COMD)

b.     Vist at Johari Rotana Hotel and Serena Hotel

The local Preparation Committee of 79th CISM 2024 General Assembly together with representatives from the Headquarters of the International Military Sports Council arrived at the Five Star Serena Hotel and get the opportunity to inspect the rooms that will be used by CISM members. In addition, the delegation and  committee visited the five-star Rotana hotel where the main events of the general meeting will be held such as PCSC Meeting, Commissions Meeting, Continental Meeting (Africa) Continental Meeting (America), Continental Meeting (Asia) Continental Meeting (Europe), Press Conference and to review the terms of "conventional center, meeting room, gym and rooms for special guests.

c.      visiting cultural and historical places

(1) Freedom Tower (Freedom Tower)

The organizing committee of CISM together with the delegation from the headquarters of CISM made a visit to visit the monument of independence in one place where the delegation got a brief information about the history of the monument of independence from Mr. Joshua Mhogolo Tourism Officer of the city of Dar es Salaam.

(2) National Museum

The committee and the delegation from the CISM headquarters visited the National Museum, an area that will be used as a tourist attraction for CISM members.

d.     Private Tourism

The CISM organizing committee (LOC) together with a special delegation from CISM HQ visited places of interest in Dar es Salaam such as Mbweni JKT Zoo and Dar es Salaam Zoo

It is the proposal of CISM HQ to do private tourism for the members of the 79th General Assembly before and After the Assembly and Congress.

(1) Mbweni JKT Zoo

As a preparation (LOC) together with the preparation committee visited and saw the wild animal park with a special band prepared to provide entertainment and a way to cooperate with the detachment in a special CISM program called "SPOUSE PROGRAM"

(2) Dar es Salaam Zoo

Preparation committee  (LOC) together with the delegation from CISM made a visit and saw for themselves the wild animal park in Kigambo called Dar es Salaam Zoo in a special program of CISM called "SPOUSE PROGRAM" members of the General Meeting and their families to visit those places .
